Gameplay is still bad. No improvement since 2K15. It's still hard to lock up and grapple. For the most part, it's just about hitting the strike button and throwing kicks or punches. They still haven't figured out how to animate hair. This is basically the same game as 2K15 but with a slightly different roster. Disappointing. It needs to be easier to lockup so you can do actual moves. Too many characters are locked.

WWE 2K17 is a vast improvement from 2K16, that said, the promo engine is terrible and my career mode still sucks. Other than that, the game is fun, fast and feels good.

Controls are different on this game than the past ones. They also want you to buy additional characters which is not cool.

The game is fun once you figure out how to play, and don't mind spending half your time watch the same cut scenes.

The game controls for this game is really botchy. I played earlier versions and the controls are much easier.

Does not live up to the other games...good for online and all the characters but I just don't like the gameplay

Picked this up because I was a fan of the N64-era WWF games. This was fun but the controls are too complicated.

It has excellent gameplay, but they could've done better with the graphics. It still looks juvenile.

been a while since I played/bought a WWE game...was not disappointed. range of characters are amazing, and loads of customizations available!!

Being new to the series, this game is fun, but it is a little hard to get started if you haven't played before. Enjoy the character creation!

I bought it for my brother, and it seems ok, but please look at other reviews cos I haven't played the game so I can't say much about it.

Got repetitious after a few fights. The graphics were great. Fun if you have a few hours to blow.

Bought this game so my daughter and I could play together. She loves wrestling so the game works out perfectly. Been buying wwe since 2011. Great family fun

Lots of features and the matches are closer to the real thing than ever before. But the amount and price of DLC is ridiculous!

I buy this for my son every year as he loves it. He likes that he can create his own characters for the game. He loves the WWE.

It's a great take on the series. Lacknowledge of showcase mode is weak and career is still bad. Uinverse mode is great though.

I can't review because this is not something I play but I'm sure the person I purchased it for is really enjoying the game.

I have never had a wrestling game. The detail and content was beyond expectations. Sounds and movement was fluid and good.
