    Wyze is deceptive and cancels free trials on you

    AVOID IT - Wyze requires a $3 monthly subscription to record videos (without an SD card) or to use any AI detection features like detecting people, etc. They offer a free 30 day trial - but in my case, they CANCELLED IT WITHIN DAYS with no explanation and will not renew it or refund my first $3 monthly payment. Totally bait and switch and false advertising IMO, I would go with another cam company for sure and will be returning this one!

    I bought a v4 after using a couple of them for the past year. The new one lasted 2 months and then quit. Unfortunately, You need the original invoice, which was deleted due to a full inbox. In a world where BestBuy and Wyze certainly have all kinds of data on me, including my purchase of the cam, I need the invoice? It worked well while it worked- then quit.

    Not the best camera, but at $30-35 price , can’t expect a lot. Very easy to install & set up , however face recognition is fair to poor.

    Newest addition to my Wyze cam fam. Works good so far. Loads up quicker than the OG that I replaced. Am able to review the SD recordings easier as well

    Warranty disappointing- save your invoice!

    It quit after 2 months. Email invoice on email was deleted. Warranty is therefore useless. If you have a record that I bought it, why would I need to find the original invoice? Only to limit the customers who can get a replacement on warranty? I am not satisfied with the warranty.
