The floodlight should come on when motion is detected than turn of after 5 minutes. That should be longer. There is a scheduler to turn the light on or off. Can't disable that. There is absolutely no support person who really know the product. I have been on the phone for hours. The schedule is if you want the light on for x hours. I tried for hours different settings there instructions are worseless no explanation other than follow the prompt in the app. Why not explain each setting, disable the schedule, can't delete it. I have many Wyze products this by far is the worse. They did get me a new one but due to major surgery I have to wait month to get this installed

For the motion-activated floodlight timer and schedule controls, the Wyze app should allow you to adjust or disable schedules, so the behavior you’re describing isn’t expected. Posted .Hi there, we are very sorry to hear your Wyze Base Stations is experiencing some connectivity trouble and would like to help. It's important to remember that you shouldn't delete your Wyze Cam Outdoor or Wyze Base Station from the Wyze app while they show Offline, as this will prevent you from being able to set them up again.
