I didn't expect this game to be that great but after playing through it completely I loved it. It was extremely addicting (to the annoyance of my girlfriend) and had a great overall feel to it. Graphics were great, the controls were smooth and easy to pick up and the combat was similar but different enough to the Batman games. Awesome

This is a must play - the nemesis system is the newest most exciting part of a game that has been seen so far this generation. The game is a combination of the best parts of the Batman Arkham games, Assassin's Creed and Tomb Raider. Definitely worth the purchase!

I have been excited for this game for a while, and luckily, I was not disappointed! From the get go, there is a lot to do in this game, and nothing forces you to stick to the story. You can do pretty much whatever you want, whenever you want, if it deals with terrorizing, possessing, or killing orcs. Solid game, worth the money.

Bought online and picked up the game next day! Smooth purchase. The game is great as well. Combat is similar to Batman.

Great and compelling Action game. Takes the tried and true Arkham template and applies it to Middle Earth. Fans of Tolkien will enjoy this more than newcomers but the gameplay is compelling enough to appeal to all. The original story is a nice departure from other games set in Middle Earth also. Highly recommended!

I enjoy most LOTR action ages and this is no exception. About the only complaint I have is the lack of co-op play.

Was great to play as a middle earth character. Felt very similar to Assassin's Creed, but in the Middle Earth setting. Overall though the game was very entertaining.

A very fresh take on Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings. For me the story presented was a little hit or miss but the game play stands on its own. I can describe it as a mix of Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham City (combat system), and a semi-open world adventure. The Nemesis system is one of the best features.
