Not bad, decent game but gets redundant. Biggest issue is having captains spawn outside their designated areas. Which leads to 3 to 6 captains whooping you early on while your trying to single one out. Just see a boss and flee over and over till mid game, because one boss is never just one. That's only real major complaint. Almost flat out quit early game due to this as the map/world is very very small, and running into captains is a constant issue. Also very very small map/world.

This game is amazing. It is a mixture of the traversal of the Assassin's Creed series and combat from the Batman Arkham games. The story isn't much, but the game is so addictive you'll hardly notice anyway. The fun part comes from your enemies the orcs. They each have their own personality and remember how you react to them. For example, I currently have an orc who refuses to kill me because I am not "worthy" enough to receive a death blow by his hand. Every time I run into him he taunts me about not being good enough. It has become a game between us. These captains and warchiefs you meet up with also interact with each other. If you die, they may take each other out and the rankings will change. You don't have to kill them all. You can also play them against each other and get help with taking out tough enemies. There are also wild beasts roaming the map that add an element of surprise. They don't care who is human or orc. They just see food. Pick this one up. It's worth it. The story ends up being the one you make through interaction with the orcs.

Really enjoyed the "nemesis" system in this game. Game was frustrating at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's really enjoyable. Story was not that great.

If you are a fan of LOTR this is a game for you, really has the feel of the books/movies and is a lot of fun.

This is one of the best games I have played in awhile, play style reminds me allot of Assassins Creed. Combat controls are very fluid, graphics are great.

Really fun and great if your a fan of lotr , the controls take time getting used to but is an awesome game

This game is tons of fun and it keeps you immersed in this familiar world. The single player may seem simple at first, but as you play it picks up quickly.

If you like open-world action games with free-flow combat systems, then this is yet another game for you.

Nice twist on the Arkham Asylum/Assassin's Creed style games. Great use of the Lord of the Rings license.

I've been waiting for this game for a long time. I love multiplayer, but I'm still a huge fan of quality story modes. Not to mention a big Lord of the Rings fan. This game is a mix between Ryse, Assassin's Creed, and the newest Batman games. I can't get enough of it. I'd recommend it to anybody.

This game has been great! Reviews don't lie. Check the link below for a full review, but if you at all enjoy the world of Middle Earth, but haven't been happy with previous titles in the world. check this game out. Fans of Batman Arkham Asylum/City/Origins and Dragon Age will enjoy this title.

This game is phenomenal. Smooth Arkham like combat, likable main character and beautiful to look at.

Wow what a fun game. The combat feels like the Batman: Arkham series, and the exploration feels a lot like Assassin's Creed, and together they create an entirely original game with a great story that's just a complete blast to play. If you are a Lord of the Rings fan, do NOT miss this game!

Shadow of mordor definitely starts off a little slow but it builds and by the second half of the game it really gets good. Worth a full price purchase.

this is a great game. Controls are a different than most open world games but it is a lot of fun.

I had a fun time hacking and slashing in the world of Mordor. Lots of achievements to obtain.
