Played for the entire week after Christmas. Loved it

The game plays like batman and assassins creed so if you like those games youlll enjoy it

Great game, excellent game play (very similar to assassins creed and far cry) but some added features, rival, and the lord of rings lore make this a keeper. It actually tells a story you want to hear.

After the initial play, it became boring. It hasn't been touched since it was mastered.

Initially I enjoyed, but several things combined caused me to terminate play before finishing and trading-in for credit. I could never figure out how to perform the special finishing moves / combos. I would follow the onscreen guide (e.g. push A + B etc) and 99% of the time, nothing different happened. Accordingly, it was essentially impossible to win the key battles and continue on into the main game story path. As a result, I essentially continued to ramble around slaying various captains etc all of which became quite repetitive. In the end, I stopped at the point where you're suppose to kill the Black Captain (just couldn't get the hang of what ever it was I was supposed to be doing), and just returned the game for Trade-in credit.

This game feels like Assassins Creed meets the Batman Arkham series. The graphics are good and it has a nemesis system that I find enthralling. Overall this title really feels like a next gen game.

Very similar to the Batman Arkham games, both in the size of the worlds and the fluidity of the combat. Story is good but the main attraction is the combat. Slaying orcs is incredibly satisfying!

I was skeptical at first when buying this game since all the other lotr games were kind of below par. However, the story and graphics in this game was surprising. There is plenty to do in quests and a pretty decent sized world to explore. I rate this game a 8/10.

Mordor is great while it lasts, but can be blown through quickly and get stale

This game is fun and pretty easy to play. There are a lot of different button combinations you could use to defeat your enemies if you want, but you could easily push just two and get through. The cinematic scenes are impressive and I like the story line.

My son really likes this game. No online play available. Open world concept.

The game is well made, fun but pretty violent. It's a bit like Assassins Creed, but in my opinion more fun to play. The presentation and music are well done and so is the combat system.

This game has a little bit of everything from a great story line to the intense action scenes. I have spent countless hours even doing side missions that I forgot about the main story!

The combat in the game and the "Nemesis" system is what shines in this game. The combat is a mix of Assassins creed and the Batman series and everything is great about it. 10/10 game!

Graphics and gameplay ae great controls also good. Movie games usually suck but this one is an exception all the hype reviews are also hard to BELIVE sometimes but this one is a gem.

It was a really good open world type of game. The combat was solid. I didn't have gripes with the story neither. I'm also not too huge on the LoR story though. Worth a play through.
