The salesperson also did not mention that we needed a battery pack and charging station for the remote to keep from buying batteries constantly.

Every game has a huge download before you can play. The controller's left button sticks. Game downloads fail...a lot. When it work....its great.

Would not install initial update
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After debating switching from a PS4 to an Xbox One for awhile in order to play online with my friends I finally purchased an Xbox One during the Summer sale. When I first hooked it up though it would not install the initial update and kept freezing around 78% and the system would not function without this update. I attempted to reset the console in every way possible and then contacted Microsoft support and they had me do an offline update that did not work as well and advised I return the console. Thumbs up to BestBuy customer service though as they gave me a full refund and I opted to purchase the Nvidia Shield Android TV while it was on sale and that has been a great purchase that has gave me my gaming fix while also being extremely fast using Netflix and similar applications.

Keeps me occupied

not a good bundle
