I liked the design and the quality of this product

I love the xbox game systems since the original. The exclusive games and graphics are fantastic. I will say that Microsoft needs to do better quality control. This Xbox 1 had the ethernet/wireless card go out within 30 days of purchase. Best Buy was fantastic in exchanging it, but this isn't something that should happen. We shall see if any other hardware issues occur. I do love the simplicity in expanding storage with an external hard drive. I will say that the games take a long time to download and load to play. I remember the days of pop in the cartridge and immediately start playing, but I guess with all the extra intense graphics everything takes longer. Thanks to the great customer service at Best Buy I will stay with the platform for now.
