Already own a PS4 and wanted an XboxOne for the exclusives. After you get over the somewhat messy home screen, everything looks very clean and is at a very good price point right now.

Great all-in-one package. Graphics 10x better than older generation console. It takes a while to get used to the new user interface. Optional chat headset included would be preferred.

Great gaming experience. Do wish some 360 games played on it. But love how you can download updates and the graphics are great

My grandson loves it. No problems setting up. Love being able to view movies also. He had an older x box, but this one rocks!

Purchased for my son. He loves using it. Download time is very very long but once everything is loaded it's fun. Graphics A+

Good buy with game. Only downside is the games takes awhile to download and no headset or charging cable? Come on microsoft!

Well, my experience with the Xbox One in this 4 weeks has been pretty good, nice game graphics, good multiplayer, good video and sound quality, but the only problem it's the controller, after 4 weeks of usage, the controller just don´t turn on, I've been looking at Xbox support forums to find a solution to the problem, and I've tried everything, changing batteries, connecting it to the Xbox directly with a USB cable, restarting the console, and nothing happens, the only thing that the controller does when I'm trying to turn it on it's barely shining the Xbox button on the controller, but well, putting that aside it's been a good console.

I like it so far, the interface is definitely something I really like, coming from the PlayStation 3 this was a nice adjustment. I was very surprised with the differences. Microsoft has really thought of just about everything to make this product user friendly, completely customizable and fun. Was a little disappointed to lose PlayStation exclusives but sure I will enjoy what Xbox has to offer!

This console is great. I'd recommend it to anyone. The ps4 is also nice but I appreciate the extra capabilities of the one.

It's a great media device. You can switch between tasks seamlessly, and there is little to no lag. It also has a bluray player. The one gripe i have is that it doesn't have any apps or players installed upon setup, and you have to install them yourself. Most apps take less than a minute to install, so that's not a big deal. They big deal is that games cannot just be placed in the tray and played. You have to install every game to the hard drive, and they take hours (not exaggerating) to download and install.

This bundle was great. Everything I expected. Could've came with a month gold membership at least or a mic but it's all good

This has frozen up on me and just got it at Christmas 2015 it get really warm when playing it but has great graphics on it

3rd Xbox we've owned - original, 360, and now the One. It was tough to get started - updates, etc. but a fantastic device.

It is so realistic, its my favorite game beats PlayStation 4 by a mile. lighting, graphics, sound...everything is awesome.

I use to have the xbox 360 and This one exceeds expectation. If you are ready for a lazy day make sure to get the kinect.

what he wanted for Christmas(XBOX One) and what I needed(a new laptop)...two birds, one stone(and a great price to boot).
