It takes a while to get the game system set up. Then when you try to insert a game, it takes a while longer for it to load before you can play. We got the system for my 12 year old and his patience was wearing thin waiting for everything to load so he could finally play.

I've always owned PlayStations and thought that I would try Xbox. I'm not completely satisfy with this console because there is a subscription service that you have to pay for online gaming. The party chat has been a nightmare to deal with. The accessories for the headsets have almost never worked. It's an alright gaming console but I'll be switching back to PlayStation when the next refresh comes out.

Great fun for the entire family and setup was easy.

Nice upgrade from 360 but ps4 is the better system

There isn't a better time to upgrade to a next gen counsel. If you're at all interested in purchasing an Xbox one, this bundle is great. As long as you plan on purchasing physical copies of games in the future, 500GB should be all you need.

When we bought the system we asked if Internet was a requirement for the system and we were told no, it has a lot more features if you have internet but not a requirement. Well it is a requirement to set it up and play any new games that are purchases for the system. It would have been nice if someone would have told us that but once we completed the setup the system was great....our boys love it

I was buying this online because I figured the lines would be horrible and they would run out. I had to pay extra for faster shipping but Ii am pleased with my purchase. I have it hooked to a 48 in flat screen and bought a Kinect so that I can voice control cable and and my surround sound. Love Best Buy

Graphics are very much improved. Only downside is that loading of discs is lengthy

I have two Xbox Ones and love them both. I also have a PS4 but i like my Xbox Ones better. The Xbox Live community is so much better than the PSN community.

My son enjoys playing daily ... Have to take it away so he can get homework done

this does include some improvements on the 360. the graphics on games is better.

Got our kids the Xbox one for Christmas. Already had the 360 and several games. Keeping it for now as compatability issues still exist. Xbox one took a little while to initially load games and update but since then has been great. Kids have been playing NHL16, Star Wars Battlefront, and Infinity 3.0 and having a blast. Haven't had the chance to use it to its fullest capability yet.

Nice game design and online features, well designed controls. Nice to download games from online and also can play disc games if you decide to buy the games at the store.I can connect with friends and families from around the world. I can also watch online movies, sports and other tv shows.

Bought for my boys to upgrade their 360, great graphics and east online play

Finally broke down and bought an xbox one. I like most of the features like the dashboard, recording clips of games, etc... The biggest issue I have is the lack of popular games which are backward compatible between 360 and xboxone. I know they are adding more everyday, but if you want to play certain games you will need to pay either a reduced price or purchase in a bundle.

Great quality on graphics, hope to see full performance on advanced games.

I am not a fan of video games but when I saw the promotion bundle of this console and a laptop I knew this was my chance. This was a Christmas present to my teens since they have very good grades at school. They love it. Also, made sure I got the protection plan to be on the safe side.

My son loves his xbox one. He loves the graphics and Blu-ray capabilities.

I'm a Sony man but had an opportunity to pick up an Xbox One & mainly wanted it for Forza. The console is great. Still like my PS4 better but I love the media functions of the Xbox One. I love the interface. Can't wait to get the exclusives for this console & any future racing title.
