Customers are saying
Customers frequently mention the superb graphics and the overall quality of the console as significant strengths of the Xbox One 500GB Halo: The Master Chief Collection Bundle. Many also praise the bundle's price and ease of use. However, some customers express concerns regarding the limited storage space and find the user interface somewhat cumbersome. The relatively small memory capacity is another point of feedback from some users.

500GB not enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the Halo game. Will hold me over until Halo 5 comes out, but dayum, 80GB for one game? Better upgrade to the 1TB system for only $50 more. This came with a free controller and $50 gift card so look for a sweet deal if you can.

Great system, poor game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I had known how many glitches were known problems in the masterchief collection, I would've gone with a larger hard drive or a kinect bundle. My kids still use the 360 to play Halo games, so it wasn't really worth purchasing.

Lots of problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Xbox that I bought does not read the discs sometimes and it ate my disc and I had to eject it on the side with a paper clip. Other than that it is really great. Most Xbox ones will not have this problem I assume though.

Good console but could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's the latest and greatest from Microsoft! I like it and it has some great games but it seems lacking when comparing to PS4. I do like having both options when it comes to finding the best games.

Super Slow System!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Download speeds are super slow. Set up is a pain. The system freezes when downloading a game from disc and that game has an update. The system tries to update the game before downloading it fully.

1st time Best Buy has disappointed me!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A few of us at work decided to try something different. At the pleading of one of my co-workers (who used to work 12 hour night shifts on the weekend for a NY based IT company & finding he had way too much time on his hands so he became an XBOX gamer) he insisted we all get on the XBOX One wagon. Now keep in mind we have a three man Network IT team and most of us are either in our 50s or getting pretty close. We too decided to shake things up a little and all three of us bought XBOX Ones. Since the day of purchase all of us have had nothing but trouble. Mind you, we're in IT so we're used to a few hiccups to start off with, but we've had the consoles for months and the list of things wrong with the hardware & software is too long to list. Just Google Xbox One hardware/software issues and you'll get the idea. One night it was working fine and the next day the console came up with an error message which made the console COMPLETELY useless. couldn't play or download any games. Of course Microsoft's thinks the next upgrade will fix it but it seems to be the common consensus that the last upgrade caused the issue in the first place. I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and was always pleased with what I bought and if I wasn't your sales team always fixed the problem. This one is out of your depth though. Only fix seems to be getting a new console and starting from scratch. But whose to say it won't happen again. These problems have caused many dedicated (and extremely busy) Forums to be created to address these issues & bugs since the Microsoft XBox One site isn't giving any useful feedback. Microsoft...you need to fix this...NOW!!! Hate to hold it against you Best Buy but you're where I got this equipment.

Hidden xbox costs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never realized that I would have to buy a new TV to play xbox. My old TV did not have HDMI and I could not find a converter that worked. So, I had to spend another $750 for a new TV!

It's ok system. Better off with PS4.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never been a fan of Xbox but I went ahead and picked one for the Rare Collection video game. The game is amazing but not so much the Xbox One. Come on the controller does not come with built in recharged batteries, no 3.5mm headphone jack, really. Big let down. If I want all that I have shell out for a new updated controller and a docking station to charger my controller. Guess they just want more money at the end. I own a PS4 too and would have to say that was a way better buy then this system.

Subpar to PS4
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Xbone to simply play the Remastered Halo Masterchef set of games and Remastered GOW with my son. Playing them again with "NEAR" next gen graphics has been extremely satisfying, however, the console itself leaves much to be desired. It is very slow to load games, it freezes quite often and getting joined online to play co-op is often difficult to impossible. Microsoft missed the mark on this one. If you can only purchase one console, I highly recommend the PS4 over the Xbone.

system broke-black screen after 16 days
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had to return it to manufacturer because Best buy wouldn't take it back because it was after the 14 day return and we didn't buy the extended warranty. We still don't have it back from the manufacturer yet. This has really hurt my impression of Best Buy. I have always encouraged friend and family to buy at Best Buy because they are so great to work with when things go bad, but in this case, they weren't at all helpful. My husband is so upset, I'm not sure he'll shop there anymore.

Stay away
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Clunky UI. I have no idea why Miscrosoft built this UI that can easily get the award for the worst user interface in the universe. poorly built hardware. After only 2 weeks of moderate usage some strange carcking sounds are coming from the console. I also had a few crashes in the middle of game play. Games fps and resolution are scaled down vs. ps4. The worst buy that I have ever made.

Ok for gaming, but get yourself a PC instead.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Xb1 is alright for gaming, but at the same time painfully average. As we all know, establishing connection to their network costs $ (on top of the monthly internet fee you already pay for your home), and this "computer" cannot connect to your 4k screen and display 4k resolution (womp womp). You're better off with a PC. You can connect an xbox controller to a PC. Oh, 4k resolution works on a PC. And last but not least, playing multiplayer games on PC is FREE.
