Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the superb graphics and the overall quality of the console as significant strengths of the Xbox One 500GB Halo: The Master Chief Collection Bundle. Many also praise the bundle's price and ease of use. However, some customers express concerns regarding the limited storage space and find the user interface somewhat cumbersome. The relatively small memory capacity is another point of feedback from some users.

I upgraded from a xbox360 to the xbox one. Graphics are much better, new interface takes some time to get use to. Overall, great console, prefer the new controller and larger storage.

I bought this after my 6 year old PS3 went bust and I was very happy to receive the Halo bundle with it. Besides being great value, the console has more apps that are crucial than the PS4 does, and the interface seems to be better. Gameplay is a fun experience. Graphics are obviously amazing. Setup also a breeze. Definitely get this for your next-gen system. The bonus offers that Best Buy ran at the time also made this purchase a no-brainier over the PS4 and the Wii U.

I did not expect it to be this good of a purchase. The games are fun and the price is even better. For the price of just the system, you also get four games for free. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a xbox and want some decent games to start with.

The xbox one menus are kind of hard to get used to at first but once you know how it works it makes using the system easy! The Master Chief Collections is awesome. It's a long download but it worht it. 4 Games for the price of one. Playing the online multiplayer brings me back to Halo 2. All in all the bundle is awesome!

Best Buy had an offer too good to refuse a couple weeks back. Free controller and a $50 gift card. That finally convinced me to buy the system I have been looking at for months. Set up was very easy. Graphics are great. I love all the other features. I bought my nephews the same system the next day. Unfortunately the gift card offer was only good that Monday. This is a definite must purchase for a gamer of any level .

I've had my Xbox One for few weeks now and so far it's been great. The amount of time to download games has been somewhat slow but other than that I've been very satisfied. Backwards compatibility was a huge selling point to me as there are several xbox 360 games I still enjoy. My only hope is that the system obtains more exclusive games.

I was extremely happy to pick mine up yesterday. I only went with the black version because online the white edition was sold out, and what do you know today the white version comes back in stock. A little upset but nothing to do with the console very easy to navigate, slick look and the controller is great.

This was a good price for a great game system and the Halo package. We compared it with other local retailers and the free shipping made it equal, plus earning Best Buy reward points! The only problem we have had is that everything must be downloaded. We live in the country and have slow internet so it takes forever. My husband has started unplugging the XBox and taking it to his work to download updates. Just an idea for anyone else with slow internet!

I decided to upgrade from my 360, mostly because of the upcoming Gears of War games and in order to finish the Batman trilogy of games. I am not a fan of Halo but I got this version because it's better than Assassin's Creed. Initially I wasn't very happy with the Xbox One. The set up was easy enough but having to install the games is lame and time consuming. I didn't get to play any games until three days into setting up the console. I've installed 3 games so far and I've used up a whooping 22% of my 500 gigabyte hard drive. LAME. The lay out is similar to Windows 8. . .again LAME. Not user friendly the old easy to use tiles are now just a convoluted mess. It took me a minute, literally, to find my inbox! And seriously, why do I need to pay for XBOX Live Gold in order to use my Netflix app? It's an app, just let me use it. The only saving grace is that I will be able to continue to play my favorite game series, Gears of War and Batman. PLUS, and this is the only reason the console gets an average rating from me, is that it will be BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE by years end. Also, the Kinect is pretty awesome though I opted not to get it.

I bought this one for my son. I already had one for myself. The only down side to the Xbox One in general is the storage. Xbox One installs every game you play so it soaks up room quick. I suggest getting the Passport 2TB external drive to supplement storage space.

$360 for the console plus a controller, good deal! I'm very excited to play this with my son and check out all the new features of xbox one. I've waited some time but finally upgraded and I'm happy about it.

Got the new XboxOne and the setup was quite annoying. Asked me for all kinds of personal info I wasn't comfortable providing so I just made up answers as the info is none of their business. Then it kept giving me problems with the password. Eventually got on. Graphics are great. HOWEVER, unlike previous boxes, the One requires you to load the game into memory which (not an exaggeration) takes HOURS. Even then you still have to play the game with the disk inserted. Big hassle if you had hoped to come home and immediately start playing. Additionally, (and I should have known this I guess, but I didn't do my homework) ALL my 360 games are now invalid. If it's not made for the One, it won't play. Very sad that they built in no backward compatibility. That said, the graphics are really impressive (though not as good as I had hoped based on the hype.) Looking forward to getting Forza 5 as that wins kudos for the degree of realism.
