we purchased this system for our 10 year old son and he really enjoys it. We had read reviews and honestly I didn't think the whole downloading would be much of an issue, but it takes a ton of time. I thought the 500GB would be more than enough but when one game takes up 80GB, I can see how quickly you can run into storage issues. Knowing this now, I might have considered the 1T.

love the graphics for this system. wish more games from 360 could be played

Xbox is great but customer service at Best Buy sucks, they offered a gift card with purchase and turned out to be a "email they will send for the gift card ...1 month later I called and they tell me just keep watching for it in your email so keep an eye out for it even in spam box.

Not the greatest system. PS4 is definitely the way to go for games.

The X box is all it was billed to be. It is so worth the money, and both my kids love it. The only downside is that there aren't many games geared towards girls. I knew that going into the purchase though. This is for a little older group of kids and not younger kids, but that means that the product will give you more value in the long run as they age.

My son had surgery, so we figured what's a better way to keep him entertained, while he is stuck in the house. So far, he loves this console. It's pretty cool that this system is compatible with Xbox 360 games.

I bought it, because i wanted to play Farcry Primal, Fallout 4 and Doom. Those were my top three choices in games when first bought. I am very pleased with all three. I like the built in Wi Fi also. The navigation menus are every well organized and easy to find things.

For the most part the xbox seems okay. The layout is nice, and the deal price with the xbox and game was great, but I wish I would have still saved my money. For spending the money I did on a new xbox, I expect it to be in excellent condition when bought. But from day one it has had nothing but issues. It doesn't turn on when turning on the controller, the xbox is generally slow, freezes a lot. Just a lot of issues I believe a brand new console should not have. If these issues were not present I believe it would have been a great purchase.

I would definitely recommend the Xbox one with the 1TB instead

My son had been wanting to upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. We gave it to him for his birthday. I loved that you could pick one of 4 games to download with it with purchase of the console. One of the choices was Forza 6 which was one of his top pick of games.

no problems noted, works wells, reasonably prices, easy to use

I had a Xbox One and upgraded immediately as soon as the 500GB was available. I upgraded for the 4K player, the smaller size and no more external power brick, and the dynamite trade in offer I got for the X1. I would have upgraded anyway for the 4K player & size alone because the price of stand alone 4k players is about 2/3 the price.

I love game systems and glad it was offered at a lower price.
