Disappointed

Still not able to get the free game it is suppose to come with. Log in with Microsoft and entered code but never received a game code. Twice contacted Microsoft and only received automated responses. Never did get a response to my complaint. Best Buy won't help get resolution. Also you need to purchase Xbox live gold to get full benefit.

Xbox one is just ok

Finally sick of it breaking decided to upgrade to the one. Only to find that I cannot transfer any of my saved games because my 360 decided to stop reading the save game data on the hard drive, no way to transfer that data to the cloud. Also only half of the games are backward compatible. Microsoft also decided to change the Kinect, so you are forced to upgrade that as well. A little dissatisfied with those items.
