Initially I was skeptical about the next generation of Xbox consoles. However, the Xbox One turned out to be a very nice system with a lot of cool features. The controller is very comfortable in hand, the new headset design is very nice, and the graphics are quite stunning.

I like the system but it needs improvement. The joysticks are horrible and easy to damage. I do like the fact that it plays Blu Ray now, and that the system don't have to fully reboot every time you turn it on.. and I like that the cable can run on the system

The console is great but a problem about it is that the fan can be loud sometimes . The fact that the controllers are still battery powered is annoying but it's fine you could buy the rechargeable battery pack.

Xbox one blows away the Sony PlayStation on every level. I love the fact that I can control my regular TV watching through my console.

Love the graphics but there seems to always be a problem with connecting to the server or other issues connecting to a party. I waited to purchase the Xbox One in hopes that those types of things would be resolved by now but unfortunately that hasn't happened.

i purchased this for my son who is away at college. It was every easy for me to purchase on line and he picked it up back east from a best buy outlet store. didn't have to worry about shiping or anything

Overall it's a nice system. I think the Kinect sensor could use a little work. E.g. it doesn't seem to here "Xbox On" very well. I think the picture quality gets degraded a little too if you plug in set-top box through the XBOX. However, voice commands to change to TV (if you have Kinect) or change channels is nice!

The Xbox one may be the best console to date. The blu ray player was the only thing missing from the previous Gen console but that's a huge feature this year. The kinect is great, it allows my paralyzed father to use the system entirely through voice control.

We were reluctant to upgrade from the 360 to the xbox one due to our 360 was still fully functual and didn't wanna spend the money. We broke down and decided to make the purchase and havent regretted it yet! So many more options and just a great product!

It took a little bit of time to find all the settings and figure out a few little tricks but now that I have it all figured out the system is amazing. The only issues I have seen are with software (not console related) so I have no complaints at all.

I can say I have used both the ps4 and xbox one. And I strongly prefer the ps4. The xbox one is good. Multitasking and the layout is especially beautiful. Very customizable. But if you're getting a system for online experience stay away from the xbox one right now. It's slow unresponsive and will give you cheeky reasons why you couldn't join a xbox live party. "We're sorry we don't know why it's taking so long to connect to the party" HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW????? Overall I'm happy with the xbox one but Microsoft still needs to release a bunch of updates to clean up the numerous problems. And these problems will get very annoying if you're a very social xbox live user.

My boyfriend was so excited to get this for his birthday! It does have a tendency to become hot. And for that reason the man who sold it to me recommended I get the 2 year coverage. But now wig that piece of mind we've been enjoying it ever since

Purchased & returned due to sales person not giving correct & informed information to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Purchased next day from a different retailer that seemed to care more about their customers experience. Since then, I've been having an amazing time with the XBOX ONE.

I've always been a fan of Sony products but I decided to give te Xbox one a chance and I definitely love it. It's frozen up a few times but it's to recover from by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Would recommend though, for sure.

I bought this for my 16 year old son. He likes to play Call of Duty. The graphics, sound, and online community are great. My one complaint is that it only comes with an HDMI cable. My son was lucky enough to find a cheap Samsung lcd but if you have an older CRT set, you can't use this console.

With an easy to use interface and control that is confortable to handle, the Xbox One is a fantastic gaming console. Microsoft improved on what was already great and has made it better.

I do love the system besides when it randomly dashboards and I have to restart the game. But that doesn't happen to often. As of today the game selection is pretty weak but should see some great games coming in the next six month

Great Console, Backwards Compatible Finally. Gift for Mum, she's addicted to Fantasy RPG now, and Dad has the TV to himself so he's happy. Years of entertainment.
