I just moved into a new place, didn't have my internet hooked up, and needed to download the game. Not any issues with the game or console itself. Just rather have had a disk. Should have noted it when I purchased.

The game system is great but it took more than a week to download halo 5. Which I think is a little ridiculous considering we buy these systems for kids, they don't want to wait that long to play a game.

Took too long to setup almost two days to download games. Not easy to use. miss the old days of buying a game system and just playing the game, no downloading just pop game in deck and play

It's a very nice came highly recommended but had to return it felt very disrespected at the store by being followed and they called a code 10 to watch me it's a shame because I'm one of the elite customers

Graphics aren't the best, xbox live is pretty expensive but other wise it does its job good such as playing the controller feels weird at first. I'd say this product is alright.

System itself isn't too bad. I don't think it's worth the money for a system that needs Xbox live to do anything on it. The game on the other hand is beyond a disappointment

Not as easy to use as the Xbox 360 and not compatible with the early versions of Halo and Gears of War.

I purchases this and loved it. Then read more about the elite so I decided to trade up for it.

So first off, from my experience, I love this console. It's gorgeous and, in my opinion, a good buy. Reasoning? Because you are getting a 1TB Special edition console that looks amazing, has neat sound effects, and it comes with the special edition version of Halo 5: Guardians. Just the game separately is $99.00. So in my opinion, it's a good buy. Not great, but good. Now to the bad. It hasn't been my experience, but my best friend and I both bought this the same day. After day 2, while playing The Master Chief Collection, his console DIED. We ran through all troubleshooting methods to no avail. After contacting Microsoft and being on hold for 2 hours, they told him to take it back to the store he purchased it at for an exchange. It was an easy process to do so, but still an inconvenience. Other than that momentary frustration, he loves his just as much. Note: This is my second Xbox One, first being a Day One Edition, and I have had NO problems with either console..

Xbox one is a nice upgrade. Functions well as multimedia hub. I get a guide with the optional HD broadcast antenna which is nice. Lots of free games with Xbox live gold membership!

The game package came with a "game" that you have to download from the internet !!!!! 1) it will use up space when you have to download from the internet 2) I don't have high speed internet, I have satellite internet, which is not very fast !!!! And a limited number of usage on the satellite 3) I gave $500 for this game set, it should either already have the game installed on it, or better yet, have a cd for it, so, you can take the game to a friends house for play !!! Had I known I had to download the game, I would have gotten the cheaper version, and brought the game, itself !!! Now, my son cant play his game until he gets all the "UPDATES AND DOWNLOAD" the game on HIGH SPEED INTERNET !!!! No, I didn't read the box, because he's the one who wanted it in the first place, and that's why I got it !!!! Plus he like the Hallo XBOX, version, the way it looked !!! I really wished it came with the game on a cd, so, my son could be enjoying his Christmas present !!!!

Outstanding console. I love the custom paint job. Bought it the day the price dropped to $279.00. They sold out within hours. Great collectors item! The 1tb Hd is more than adequate to store games.
