Xbox is a a cheap console and has horrible service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got an Xbox back in December for Christmas and loved it, sadly about a month and a half later it broke on us, the console would not turn on so we decided to send it i for repairs,the service was not bad and we got it back a month later to realize it was still broken but with a different problem. This is when we started to realize how horrible their support really was, all they did was play the blame game and we got handed off to several different people. finally they told us to send it in for a new one. They sent it back with a letter saying we had tampered with it and we would no longer be helped. Finally today after being on the phone for hours they have basically told us were screwed. If you are planning on purchasing a Xbox don't because we are not the first to find this problem, we have found multiple reviews that tell the exact same story which can only lead me to assume that they did this on purpose.

Great games awful hardware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must have like 200 hours played in under 3 years,within 6 months the kinect broke down,(replaced for free) then 2 years later the dvd drive fails !!! i must have played 10 blurays total ! what a terrible piece of hardware,microsoft offered me to pay $150..,for replacement MEH!!!,in contrast my 7 year old sony playstation 3 works like a gem.....i am done with microsoft gaming station
