There’s no content other than apps to watch tv, as there’s a lack of original (first party games) content. It feels like there’s no variety in games to play. My console is dusting now, since I later decided to buy a PlayStation 4 Pro.

Xbox works but controller headphone jack doesn’t.

We have tried multiple devices that haven’t worked but when we plug the headphones into any other device the headphones work. The wait time to speak to someone is always over an hour.
