After less than a month,it ended up with "the black screen of death".

The card that had the game downloads was not included in the packaging. I called Best Buy to get a code generated or sent to me and have not received anything. It would be a hassle to return the Xbox because other games have already been downloaded to the system and would be much easier for both parties if the code/s was sent via email or postage.

Best buy seems to have the most competitive prices when it comes to gaming consoles. I also love exploring what they have for open box specials because they are always good quality.

The only negative so far in the description if that you also get the full download for Battlefield 1 which is no where to find. If someone can help me with this, I’ll add another star.

The digital code is printed on a paper insert included inside the packaging. We recommend checking the box to make sure that the insert didn't fall into a fold or other collateral.

Not That Good, Get The X

This thing has a bad baring in the fan (causing it to buzz), runs hot, won't shut down properly, has very outdated graphics. It's almost like I got a lemon, some of the games look and play so bad. Perhaps a bad HDD or GPU? Or just inferior hardware? Anyway, enough said get a PS4, or just spend the extra money and get the most powerful console you can. For a great price, I like Xbox, just not this system. Uggh.

This issue has occurred since I bought the Xbox last December and has increased lately. Is anyone experiencing this issue? I'm wondering if it's because the game is downloaded and not on a disc. Everyone gets a year long warranty through Microsoft for this Xbox bundle, you can check on their website. Microsoft team or anyone else please comment if you have any suggestions - I would appreciate it. Thanks

We're sorry that you're experiencing game freezes on Battlefield V on your Xbox One S. Don't worry, the digital and disc versions of the game are the same and not the cause. According to EA, there's a known issue in which the game may not resume properly if your Xbox One S goes into power-saving mode and must be restarted.
