He doesn't play it often because it's not as intuitively easy for to navigate on his own. Requires a password or code every time you turn around or doesn't recognize the account that purchased the downloaded content, etc. Realize that this console is better suited for older kiddos. The Nintendo Switch is a lot more user friendly (even with parental controls in place) for early elementary school age children.
