We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox One S for the most part. If it seems like the fan is making a lot of noise, it may need to be ventilated better. Xbox Support has some tips on how to make sure your Xbox is placed in a well-ventilated spot here: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/position-ventilate-console
