My son loves his Xbox and it’s easy for him to use.

Needed new game. Fun to play and loved free games

The product is ok. This was the big item on our Christmas list. I gave 3 stars because when buying a new console you get 1 month subscription to Xbox live. Unfortunately it was missing in the box.

The game was exactly what the kids wanted however it blacked out in about a week. The store didn't have anymore but I did get a full refund.

This was bought for a christmas and I am just hoping it will work! WE received it and the original package was of the machine was damaged. It appeared it had been opened and maybe returned. It makes me nervous that I will be giving this as a santa gift and it may have issues. When we spend $300 on something we want it in GREAT condition. There was no issues with the packaging from UPS, only the box itself with the XBOX in it appeared to be opened and returned.

This console is designed for kids if you want a good console get the xbox one x or the new series s or series x don’t waist your money on this

I already had and Xbox one . I bought this Xbox so me and my son can play together. It glitches much more often than my 3yo Xbox one.

I've had it for just over a year and it often shuts down after about an hour of playing.

Product is good. Way too many different log ins and sign ups to actually play a game, each with additional fees.

It went out before 1 year and was not used to much . Looking into manufacture warranty now.

The console stopped turning on 4 weeks after recived. The loan thru citizens one was confusing to actually access after approval and i also was not try to actually purchase it was just checking to see if i was actually approved. Lol but yeah 50 characters is a lot to say it stopped runing in 4 weeks. Smh.

Because the sound cut off the day i got it but now it works (sound) .

It did the job. It was for my son he’s only eight years old.

Kept freezing. On both cds that I used it froze. returned it

HAVEN'T used it. It a Christmas present for my grandkids.

Box n controller? It works. With the 360 you need a Live account with this newer Xbox one s, you need game pass. To play. PlayStation it's different. Not satisfied I had to purchase a new headset n mic, cause my old turtle beach don't work. More money.

What a terrible product!!! This was gifted as a Santa present and my children are extremely disappointed. This system requires an update after coming straight out of the box which continually fails. We have tried multiple times to update the system, and have even troubleshooted our internet and the xbox system with no success in getting the required update. This is ridiculous and there should be absolutely no need to have a required update on a product that is brand spanking new coming out of a box for the first time. This product plainly does not work!!

The system seems to be glitchy or lagging. Issues have increased over time. Will be taking it in to have looked at. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty

Quality control is going downhill in these systems. Brand new system worked for a week and then no longer displayed a picture. Had to return.

Love the game. But the best buy in westland ducking sucks. They gave me he'll and I will never returnrn or order pick up from them again
