Was originally told that I would have to wait for the current product to return before a new one is shipped out. When I called the next day I spoke with a Luis from the Geek Squad and he was able to get one shipped out since the original one never even made it to my state. Only had it for a few days and so far so good. Learning as I go for the most part it seems easy to use. Still picking the brains of my friends kids who has one. Like the fact that you can use many different apps on this device. I went ahead and ran a cable to where this Xbox is located since I hear people complaining about wifi dropping. All in all I'm happy that I got to speak with Luis from the Geek Squad other wise who knows when this would of showed up.

Thank you for your question! Xbox One S comes with a Xbox wireless controller that has a 3.5mm stereo headset jack. If your current gaming headset has a compatible connector, it will probably work with this controller.

Says there is a disc read problem, but these are brand new games that aren't scratched and it's with all 5 games we just bought. Figuring out the maze of settings is nuts and geek squad doesn't know what's wrong. Good luck getting a Microsoft person to help, they don't even have a listed number to call. Now the bundle I bought is out of stock to replace it and no one knows when they'll be back in stock.
