Decided to give Xbox a try

Return policy horrible

I was trying to give the system a chance but I hated it and wanted to return it and get a Nintendo Switch instead. Girl was rude and 15 days really? I even bought the 2 year warranty. Will never buy from Best Buy Again. And I have spent thousands there. Customer lost.
