So I really appreciate it when there are associates that take the time to explain the difference between what I’m looking at on the shelf before I just grab what looks best. I appreciate that they take the time to ask questions as well about what kind of internet, speed, I have etc. the things I needed to know so my son would have the best experience with his gift.

My other one is an XBox One X and honestly I can't tell the difference, save the money and get an S like this one. My daughter loves Minecraft so that was a plus.

However, when trying to connect could not use gmail. Had to make Microsoft acct. then he had to have an adult sign in because if his age. It just seemed lot of hoops to jump thru.
