This came with free month of xbox live and game pass. However they were supposed to print it on the receipt and never did so I lost out on that.

The good news is that the codes for trial one month memberships for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold should be printed on inserts included inside the box that your console came in. We recommend double-checking the documents that came with the console to make sure the codes aren't there.

Random disconnects can occur for multiple reasons, including low battery and competing wireless devices.
