I always wanted to buy an Xbox and during the pandemic, i decided to buy one and i am so glad I did! It has been sold out for quite sometime everywhere! Even with the only option of curbside pickup, Best Buy was the best and organized company! Love my Xbox! Thanks Best Buy and Xbox!

This was a gift purchase for my son at xmas time. The deal running at the time for this bundle was good, plus I used my BB card for the overall purchase and got deferred interest for a while. 1-1/2 years later, it's still getting daily use and we've not had any problems with it.

Best companion game console if you have a pc with windows and you like sharing games and apps. the integration between xbox and your tv and computer makes the xbox a very important piece for your home theater and entertainment room

I got this one to replace the original generation Xbox one that I had and I am happy that they removed the power brick that was attached to the power cord before. I haven’t had any issues at all with this system and I play it regularly.

Very happy with what we bought & extremely happy with the help we received in the store. The salesperson helped us pick out the right console & they were very informative about the product. I felt confident when I left the store that I bought the right gaming console for my grandson.

Works well for Fortnite. Sometimes updates take time but I’m guessing that has to do with the game itself and internet speed.

It has amazingly fast and high quality graphics. The Jedi game that it comes with is a download game, but complete. The controller is very responsive and comfortable to use. This was a great purchase for the price on the Black Friday sale. Overall a great game and a great experience.

There was an XBox Game Pass card included in the packaging. However, after all of this time, just learned today if there was not a digital code printed on the receipt, there is no 3 month ultimate pass. Might need to clear that up in the future. Thank you!

I bought this for my teenage son. It's our first Xbox system. We love it. My only complaint is how much data has to be downloaded to the system for each game we play. Almost pointless to buy a disc game if it takes several hours to download content before you can play it.

Very easy to order online. The store was very informational sending you emails about the order and when to pick up. Very easy once you arrive at the store. It was great not to get out and the items were brought to the car. In all, the process was excellent.

Cant expect too much but better price if you dont want to upgrade to an X yet. Especially if your just buying for your kids.

Graphics are great. Good looking console. My kids don't ever get bored with it. This product has multiple different functions. It can be used for movies, tv shows, and of course games. These things can keep kids distracted and help them over this pandemic .

The kids are having a ball with the Xbox. Now the boys have a system and the girls have their own so no more fighting...

Maybe I am the only person who didn't know this, but there is a lot of preparation involved with setting up the Xbox for the first time. It would have been nice to know that you have to update the system and set up a family account before actually playing any games. Then games must be loaded into the Xbox itself - all time consuming, especially when you have a 9 year old excited to play. There was a lot of figuring things out and waiting on Christmas morning before we could use it.

I like the unit and I am glad I waited before getting it because all the bugs were fixed and the price was less.

New to Xbox and liking it so far. Only thing that is annoying is that the controller needs batteries to operate.

I’ve never used one before but with the Stay at Home Order, I wanted alternative entertainment than TV and a book. This has turned out to be perfect for a half century old person like myself! Didn’t expect it to be as captivating and entertaining.

The S series is still a great system. Much easier to get ahold of and a lot cheaper then X series. These things are built like a tank. Graphic resolution on a good quality UHD TV are very impressive.

This is a great bundle. They include a free month of WA All Acesss, Xbox Live Gold, and Game Pass. Which gives you the ability to try a lot of different types of games to find what you enjoy. Great console from a great consumer focused company.

I’m new to gaming in general, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but this Xbox has been great for a beginner like me. I’ve also really enjoyed the game it came with and it plays DVDs nicely as well. Happy about this purchase, for sure.
