I bought this Xbox One S to play multiplayer Minecraft at home with my kids. Unfortunately, our internet speed is too slow for 3 players, 2 can play, mostly. We tried the “Offline” setting with no improvement. Saving and syncing inventories is an issue. I have been completely disappointed with my new Xbox One S experience from the first 5 minutes of having it. The biggest problem seems to be with the need for online integration and syncing, so make sure you have modern internet speeds. I’m around 5 Mbps download! : ( It’s totally lame to say the least. Also, I have a worthless Star Wars game voucher that I can’t use, also thanks to our internet. And no manuals of any kind or links to online manuals came with the Xbox or games. I’ve tried googling answers, but I can’t seem to ask the right questions. I called Best Buy and got the number for Microsoft, which directed me online to a worthless page I’d been to previously. Thanks for nothing Microsoft! Make your stuff playable offline.

Did not expect a digital download as the game it came with, would have liked an actual copy of the game.

The Xbox is great but the select button on my controller came broken.. on a brand new controller.

I want the Xbox one x but the s is still a good system the graphics compared to the x are noticeable but other than that it’s good.

The controller to the xbox one doesnt work probably. The right stick gets stuck.

I have purchased 3 in a row and all three have some issue and do not work. Waste of time and money. I still have the original xbox one from 7 years ago or so and it works fine. 3 xbox one s's in a row don't work and have to be returned

works great. Only issue is why do you have to download the game when you have the disc? Took forever!

I expected to be receiving a physical copy of fallen order i understand that the kotor games were going to be digital but I opened my box and noticed only a card with the code on it i was extremely disappointed nowhere on the page did it say it was going to be digital i would have just bought it on my ps4 had i known that and save myself the whole 300 bucks

Great console. Only downside is need internet to play Anything!! So we barely use it

Good system and game but the controller I got with it keeps bugging out and having issues.

Console itself is amazing and I love it, the controller hasn’t worked since I bought it, which sucks because who wants to pay $400 for something and have it not work? Then get told there’s nothing they can do except spend $60 more on a new controller!!!

Never had an Xbox before so navigating it for the first time is confusing.

My child really enjoys this console and it came with a downloadable game.

I would love to be able to review this but we have had four missed installation appointments so I have no idea if my $3K worth of TVs and wall mounts even work yet. I can say that they look very lovely in their boxes on the floor though as they were delivered on time three weeks ago.

Got a one x for the same price as this not worth the money

My best buy credit card didn't on same day. They were able to lookup my card. But I was not able to use. I couldn't get my 5% case back. I am customer with best buy for last 4years. Last experice was not happy though.

My son loves this console endlessly, does not give any trouble, does not overheat, does not frezze 110% better then Playstation,. I Recomend buying or switching to x.box.

False Delivery Date Stated - I ordered due to the fact that it had earlier delivery date that was off by days.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. Took it out the box after the return/exchange date (which I didn’t know) Opened the box and it didn’t work. Hardware Error. Couldn’t return or exchange in the store and trying to contact Microsoft is Hell. Lost of money with a game system that doesn’t work.

Arrived today with all seals broken! I have been trying to get a hold of someone for over 8 hours. I paid for a new item not an open box item! No one answers the 800 number or the store number and chat is not available either. I want a refund!
