Good while it lasted

I tried all kinds of suggested fixes and didn't work, but Best Buy was there to replace the whole unit for me. So far the 2nd unit is good!

Complicated to link Xbox Live membership for minor

I took the Zbox one back and exchanged it for PS4. The PS4 had no issues riight from the start

Good for XBox - not what I wanted

The internet games are too robust for my computer and wore it out. The X-Box will not play any of the games I asked him about. So I wasted a couple of hundred dollars because I believed what he told me.

Still slow updating

Updating is still slow and took over 3 hours after turning on console and it going through updates and putting first game in . Horrible . Consoles shouldn't be this slow

He can’t just jump on and play a game. There is always some HUGE update or download the game he is playing. Waste of money.

Not good for DVD movies

The blu ray is terrific, but when playing a DVD the picture is very good but the sound track is delayed slightly from the picture, which I find very distracting.

Great Console, But No Exclusives

If you are only buying this console to play games you can only play on xbox one, don't bother. If you need a cheap 4K blu-ray player? BUY IT NOW!
