It's cool it just takes a long time download games. That's the only cons. Just miss the days when you could just insert the game and start playing immediately. With This sometimes I leave things downloading overnight

We had to exchange this system twice due to a loud fan in the first, another technical flaw in the second (I believe it wouldn’t read discs) and then third Xbox 1s luckily worked well.

For such an expensive gaming unit, the Microsoft network could be a lot quicker to connect to games. There is a lot more more to do on this than games though which is a definite bonus

I also have the PS4, and comparing both I have to say that the Xbox One S OS is slow, and laggy compared to the PS4. Overall pretty nice, but really needs to make the OS better.

This is my first game system and I admit I'm not proficient at the games. I find the interfaces clunky although its hard to separate what is the console and what is the game.

First one was defective from the start with the controller and then the device. Wouldn't turn on. Returned and so far new one is performing as expected

The Xbox one S is a slight upgrade to the regular Xbox one. It has HDR support for games but not many support it. It is a great 4K blu-ray player though.

I bought this for my sons, who are both over 18. I don't know how the system works, but I know that they have been frustrated with it.

For and time gamer that have been out the gaming world for some time I found it difficult and confusing to navigate through the menu.

Biggest negative is that the games take forever to download it's no longer put the disk in and play I was not aware of this

good console so far, Im sure when the updates won't load anymore I'll have another brick to add to my Microsoft collection

came with no instructions and I have no idea how to use this thing, the remote I was sold to make it easier had no instructions either, worst mistake of my life buying this, all I wanted was a high def way to play movies. I will not be using it I hope I can find someone to buy this so I can get some of my money back!

My grandson loves it can't get him to stop! Now his father wants to play,his mother and his sister who's next?

The product itself is great however ours was broken so when we returned it for the same exact one the store took away our $30 promotion. Now have a very bad taste about Best Buy. We should be able to keep the gift card as we just needed a working set. I would not recommend the store but I would the product.

difficult to learn compared to the playstations also the online store stuff is hard to figure out also

Have had Xbox 360 since it's been out and the Xbox one is even better, resolution and ui are par to none.

I gave 3 stars because I would like to get the x-box system bundled with a more family friendly game.

The fact you have to download the game and put in the disc to play it was not a good idea to me.

No warning provided by the Salesperson that WiFi was necessary and also necessary for the game that came with it as it requires a download. This is different than the previous Xbox 360. I was told it was plug and play. Now I have a boat anchor. Wait. It is not heavy enough for that.
