Installing the Disc

Horrible Customer Service

Supervisor Gauge ID # 1469181 made the experience worse with his attitude and lack of empathy for Best Buy's failure. Actually blamed me for the shipping mistakes that Best Buy made. Thanks Gauge for confirming for me that Best Buy is not where to shop, Amazon will be getting my Business as soon as i return the 3 Big Screen TV's and 2 XBox One's I purchased
