I miss my original xbox one

I had to google how to get it started because it would just turn off everytime i tried to start it up out of the box. The Microsoft explorer app on it turns off randomly. I already contacted microsoft bevause this is not a bestbuy issue. I got my original xbox one from bestbuy and it worked great. I would not recommend the xbox one s.
