The only upside of the Xbox One is better screen picture. Can't play a DVD. Can't play CDs properly - the app cuts out unless you keep moving the controls. The Xbox 360 played DVDs, played CDs well, and had a better graphic interface.

It's alright. I usually only buy PlayStation and I feel it's more cheaper because in order to play any game and actually have fun on the Xbox, you have to buy Xbox Live which sucks. I definitely prefer PlayStation over Xbox.

Everything has to be updated and downloaded, depending on your Internet speed you may not enjoy waiting to play games....so if your Internet is not cable or faster I cannot recommend. The graphics are second to none.

The device is good however it takes a lot of space and time to load the games and you get constant annoying pushes to buy more from Xbox. My son is happy with it however I much prefer Wii or the old Sega stuff.

The xboxone was purchased for my grandson and he has yet to play it . It was not made clear to me the internet was necessary to have when owning the game so at this time I am disappointed with this purchase

I wouldn't give it a 5 star because I like PlayStation better but this console seems pretty powerful. Would definitely recommend it. Specially since it's the only system with banjo kazooie and Conker.

Games require updates and downloads to work correctly. Must have a good WiFi connection available to do so. The days of inserting the disc and playing right away are gone.

I bought this for my son! He loves playing his games on this! The only downfall to it so far, is that you have to download the games before you can play them!

I love the Xbox one and the new games. but the loading and installation times are really long. 5 stars for the experience 3 stars for the loading times

I made the mistake of expecting a product to work out of the box...on Christmas. So, instead of gifting my children w/ an X Box One on Christmas, and a half dozen games, they are all scratched off until I fight the after-Christmas return nightmare to get a working X Box. Be aware, this product is a useless brick until it connects to the internet the first time you use it. If for some reason, yours doesn't connect, you cannot even do offline things. The Xbox will do nothing until it connects to internet. Mine appears to have a faulty network card as it can see my wifi signal, just won't connect. And yes, w/ plenty of time of it not working on Christmas day, you can bet I re-entered my password a dozen times, and watched as every other wifi device in the house continued to function perfectly. I even checked my router settings to make sure nothing was set to be pre-screened out. Nope, wide open. Just a bad network card. Poor design that the XBox doesn't offer option to skip internet connection and allow me to play any of the half dozen games I have for offline play. My kids will likely never even use the online play. I was buying this as an add-on to the Wii -U we have, which never was this much trouble. At this point, I am thinking that returning it for a PS4 may be the way to go, except I foolishly sunk money in some games, which would all have to be returned as well. I can't recommend anyone buy this.
