Thought it would play blue ray but apparently you have to download apps for that.

The minecraft games would not download. There feel it was a waste for that system

Only thing I was upset about is you have to buy Xbox gold to download mine craft

We didn't realize we had to have wifi just to set it up! Only issue we have had

Tried two different systems because it wouldn't acknowledge my router. After being unable to get thru to Microsoft for hours and no one at Best Buy knew the answer I found out the system didn't work with my router. I bought a Sony 4K player instead.

I bought the package and when I installed the software I got an error message. I spend 1 hour one the phone with customer service whom was going to help but finally abandoned me because I had bought the xbox in a store, so it was not BB supports problem, but the store. Not a good use of bust buys or my time.

Not enough games, and still waiting for all XBOX games to be compatible

We experienced consistent problems operating this console right off the bat. Each game we tried uploading to the unit either stalled or took an exceedingly long time to process. The reason we believe the console was faulty was that the games ranged from new to used, and were all from different suppliers and manufacturers, so the only constant was the console. After fruitless attempts at troubleshooting, we ended up returning it. It could be that the particular console we were sold was bad, so we don't necessarily want to discourage anyone from buying it. But at the very least, keep your receipt handy for a while.

First off I hate how the Xbox main page looks complicated. 2nd it really doesn't support 4K it looks horrible trying to produce something is can't. I returned and got my money back.

Bought this item for our youth at our Church, but don't wanna use my home microsoft ID and you can't access the game without it. Trying to contact geek squad to help with a setting up an ID for Church use and not personal use (don't want everyone having access to my ID) sad we've had for almost a month and can't use. I'm the son by the way, my dad is 86, who would know about all this ID stuff at his age? People just wanna plug and play like the good ol days! This is drama with all these sign in stuff! Ugh

My son picked it because it had minecraft on the box...but he thought it was like the ps4....NOT! You cannot play online if u dont buy their membership which is like 100bucks more...n its stupid! Controls still use batteries which is also stupid! Microsoft's only interest is in how to make more money not in making good produts for their customers. Never again will i buy! I Should of just gone with a ps4 or even the new Nintendo switch would have been better than this piece of ----!
