My Best Buy salesman assured me this product would play CDs and DVDs as well as play games. Well, maybe ---- but it's not intuitive if it does at all. It might help if there were detailed instructions included or on the Web. BTW, an after-sale web search revealed all kinds of problems getting an xBox to play CDs and DVDs.

Love it brought it to college with me

I didn't really want the Minecraft game but that was the only one you had left in stock so I bought it and I played it a few times. I would recommend it highly.

Non-PC People Beware!!

I spend five hours on the phone trying to get my grandson put on my account - the Microsoft people couldn't figure it out either! Update - the controller broke 5 minutes ago. I have to go buy another one now. This is why I'm a Mac!!

Awful experience

Received emails stating they were ready for store pick up, arrived at the store to find it WASN'T READY FOR pickup, once we finally received everything 3 tv's were damaged!

Back to Best Buy to exchange it for one that works. Xbox One still works fine so might give up on 4K for now if it's too much of a headache.
