Some of the items were not on the floor he went to the back to find our items and other options. He foubd us some discounted items and also helped us compare prices. I am over pleased with the service I received this world today lacks good customer service. But that young man went above and beyond

Fun but challenging to set up accounts and games

I purchased the X-box One S in a package deal with a Sony TV for a bargain. On it, not only can my kids play all the X-box game offerings, but I can use it to play CD's and DVD's (including the new 4K HD format which I like best). Physical connecting and set-up of the unit was easy but establishing accounts, the hierarchies and other internet/gaming protocols were extremely cumbersome and time consuming. I like the design and capabilities of the new X-box product but would appreciate if Microsoft could make it much more user-friendly.
