First, they put the power brick inside the box or unit instead of it being separate and on the outside. That's one of the reasons I did not buy the XBOX ONE. Secondly, they put the heat vent on top instead of on the back. Since heat travels upwards it makes sense. The device hardly ever gets hot!

First console in a long time

Well, I am blown away by the xbox1 experience. There was a little bit of confusion setting up user accounts, but if you are looking for a great plug and play type experience I can't imagine a better deal.
