We've always been a PlayStation family so this purchase was new for us. The package is nice and worth the price. The thing I hate is how difficult it is to get it set up for a minor and adding games. So frustrating and time consuming! Esp if you don't already have an Outlook email.

Wasn't to sure if it would be better then the original Xbox one but it is and its Worth the upgrade

Easy to install. Downloads took a while at startup, but overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I got tired of my PlayStation 3 not connecting to PSN so thought I would try XBOX One. I haven't had a problem with it. No more DSN errors for me. Just one thing wish I would have spent a little more money on one with a bigger hdd. But it works with an external hard disk drive so no biggie.

Nice product when hooked to large screen 4K TV. Xbox live shut off time does not seem to work.

I purchased an Xbox instead of a 4K Blu Ray player based on similar pricing and having the ability for me and my daughters to play some games. What continues to surprise me about today's advanced gaming systems is reliability. It seems that this far into it there would not be so many glitches. The first was with getting packaged controller to work. I had to go buy a second one before discovering that the first batch of batteries was bad. That's frustrating to get brand new out of box product to find pre packaged batteries were failed. Other items also occur with strange things without good explanation. I tried downloading Youtube application and it would get to 99% and then error code without installing. With some trial, time, and frustration, I finally completely uninstalled, completely reset system to factory, and eventually got it. Another occurred just last night. When trying to get to Microsoft Store to input a game code it kept booting me back to home screen. On about the 7th attempt it finally let me get to spot for entering code. Again, just a strange unexplained glitch that seems to happen in my experiences with Xbox and previously 360 systems.

I like the new slick look of the Xbox one s. The 4k resolution upgrade that they did is awesome

The system does exactly what PS4 Pro *should* have done, but didn't... Add UHD Blu-ray support. It took a little poking at it to understand why I wasn't getting 4k from my UHD copy of Deadpool, but ultimately found I was connected to the wrong port on my receiver, so I didn't have the required content protection available. Once that was solved, it's been great. Replaced my Day 1 XBox One with it, mostly for the UHD player.

My five year old grandsons have played this so often that they now know what is coming up next and will discuss it while playing thru - they love helping each other out on the next level and are a riot to watch and listen to while they are playing. Great game for children of all ages.

Haven't had any issues with it. It's solid. Smaller form factor than the previous model. I was also able to stream it to my Windows 10 laptop, although there was quite a bit of choppiness even in low resolution mode. Only has HDMI out, so you will need an HDMI capable TV or Monitor.

My kids really enjoy this x-box. Great graphics and sound effects. Easy to start-up and use.

I purchased this system for son. He is a super fan of Minecraft. He absolutely loves it!

This was a great purchase for my daughter. We saved a lot of money by buying the bundle.

My 8 year old was ecstatic to get this for Christmas 2016 and the whole family enjoys it!

I have fun playing in my down time from school, but when starting it from opening the box .....Internet is needed which I didn't know about and don't have at my apartment... so going online to find the process of downloading the program needed was easy and not a problem!

Kids love it! Only 4 stars for how long it took to set up before we could start using it.

XBox One has many backwards compatible titles with an internet connection. It's menu is easy to navigate. XBox Live Gold is the better online play system and includes free titles every month. One of the bigger selling points to me was the controller has replaceable batteries.

I was so against anything Microsoft since I had the red ring of death on 4 of the 360s... I swore I wouldn't ever buy another Microsoft thing ever.. but my son wanted this so bad for Christmas it was the only thing he asked for!! so naturally I caved in.. best decision ever
