I got this system for a Christmas present for all my nieces as a group gift. They loved it and have been playing it since. I also recommend getting Just Dance with it. It's their favorite.

My son love the console and it was a great to find the system and best buy. they were very helpful and answered all our questions. love the gaming experience

It was a birthday gift for my grandson's 8th birthday. He was so excited when he opened it. He loved it!

I bought this to be a media center type device. It supports live TV but not recording. This feature alone would put it at 5 stars. The only other issues I have are the fan noise and no simple on/off button on the remote. The fan is loud enough to be heard over the quiet parts of movies. The media remote is nice, but with no on/off button, you have to go through several button presses to turn it off. I have it set to turn the TV on and off. If for some reason it fails to do so, there is no way to see the screen to shut it down and turn it back on again. This seems like a glaring omission for a device that is designed to be the central device in your media cabinet and act as a universal remote for your whole system. A simple TV power button on the remote would fix the issue.

Although the Xbox One X is coming out later this year, this is a much more affordable 4k HDR blu-ray player, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to game a little on the side

We enjoy this very much. Had trouble initially setting up with Microsoft, but works great now. Every once in a while it seems the online service gets bogged down, but otherwise good.

This is what my granddaughter wanted for her birthday. She was so excited when so got it. They had numerous games in the store so I didn't have to wait for it to be ordered.

The only reason I bought this was for the Bkueray player, but I have had an issue with it playing regular DVD's and it has been very frustrating. Otherwise it is a cool machine. I wish I would have gotten a larger hard drive.

We bought this for a little bit of relaxed gaming, and it is almost perfect. The only thing that I didn't like was how long it takes to download some apps. The blu-ray app took more than a day to download, so plan on waiting a little while for all of the updates and downloads.

Bought for Christmas for my son, the look on his face was priceless! Took about an hour to update before you could start using it but after that your good to go, very cool features.

The xbox one look and feels amazing, its so nice to have the new controller in my hand, the grip did improve my gaming experience a lot since i dont get my hands sweaty, but the box didnt really surprise me, instead it made me find the way to get rid of it as fast as i could.

Purchased as Christmas gift for my grandchildren. Ordered online and had wrapped and shipped to them directly from Best Buy. Like that I was able to track the shipment and was notified of delivery. Great service from Best Buy. Grandchildren were thrilled to receive this system.

This console has more than a simple but elegant appearance, it offers the best of both worlds, a wide variety of games and it's also great when it comes to media streaming

We had been looking around for a long time to purchase a gaming device for our daughter of 8yrs. She has only one hand and the Xbox controllers gives her the most control.

I got this as part of a bundle and didn't realize how much extra functionality an Xbox One has. Netflix, Windows Store, plus it is a Blu-ray player. Definitely a solid product.

this xbox one was purchased as a second gaming system for My seven year old son as I already own one. it's an improvement over an already almost perfect original launch system

I bought this because it was cheap and convenient. I didn't need the mine craft game but they didn't have the battlefield bundle. Ended up giving the game to my nephew.

Gaming at a whole new level. The picture is so fun. It is a little harder to navigate through the home screen because there are sooo many options which could be good or bad.

Purchased this and for nephews and got it setup...works great as BluRay player with downloadable app. Easy to maneuver screens and controllers connect via Bluetooth is handy.
