good item for family plays together and have fun..

My kids love it. We have kinnect and it's so much better than Wii. My only problem so far is you have to have high speed internet to even play it. We live in the country and our options are very limited. Don't buy if you don't have high speed internet.

Unfortunately the whole Xbox experience is clunky and frustrating. Yes it does great things, but it sure makes you jump through hoops to get there! Christmas Day and Santa came through with the best present ever! One snag, you cannot use it until all the updates are done! Want to play a movie, you have to wait to download another App for that. How about a game? More waiting! Not the greatest hit out of the box. Surely at least preloading it with a DVD/BluRay player and the bundled games would create a better experience! The Turkey was delayed and dinner was really late because of this!

Very good product from Microsoft, I was expecting more offers with respect to games which were part of this bundle. Also the 2 year membership for Xbox gold live didn't help much though!!

We got this for Christmas. Every game needed to have an Internet connection to update. This is different than the Xbox 360. I can't put the disc in and play. It was frustrating.

Very disappointed that only 2 Xbox 360 games out of 30 that I own are backward compatible with Xbox One. I wish that they would release some of the sports games soon.

Great system as expected. Love the Kinect for the kids and killing zombies with by friends.

Very good console but disappointed with game option for kids and kinect. Not a console for kids less than 10 yrs. Would prefer a Wii for that.

It took several hours over several days to get the basics of the software working and I am a retired NASA engineer used to complex software.

I found the installation process to be a pain and there are cables needed that aren't included. Frustrating and not much help available

Easy to setup aggravating waiting to play while it downloads updates when you first turn it on.

Xbox 1 really carries things to a new level. Well worth the purchase.

Forced downloads of games on disc waste memory space and cause ridiculous internet usage. Hidden costs are always disappointing.

Good product , good value but sometimes works slow I don't know if Xbox one always like that

Setup is complicated. Most 360 games are not compatible.

Didn't work out of the box. No biggie, went to exchange at local store. Then the hassles started. First they didn't have the exact same bundle so they tried to up sell my son who had taken it back. When that didn't work they told him that he had to have the card that it was purchased with to get a refund. Otherwise only a store credit. I proceeded to drive the 30 minutes to the local store where they promptly refunded my money without the card. They then lied when I asked them why I had to come down with the card and they blamed it on the "computer". This is note the first time I have had hassles at Best Buy. Never again will I shop at there. Their Customer service sucks!

Great all in one console. Tons of Apps to use it in. Must have . got it hooked up to a home theater and playing games and watching movies has never been better

The Xbox is about 3 years old now. Still does the job but it does lag after a bit. But That’s not Best Buy’s fault. Overall a good deal. And we are happy with it.

I returned the XBox One and Kinect after two weeks. The Kinect is basically worthless as a controller, and the One doesn't seem to perform much better than my stalwart 360.

This has made my TV smart. I have been using the console for games, Netflix, YouTube and video chatting with family. Loving it!
