Not Best Buy's fault but I don't like having to install every game before you can play it and some games you can't even play if you don't have a constant internet connection but it seems this is the way all of the games are headed. Once you get over that frustration it is an amazing gaming experience.

Xbox one is a great gaming system graphics are really good

We had some difficulty getting set up, maybe because our Control 4 System, I'm not sure. We purchased for our 9 year old granddaughter and she's in love with it. We feel like we purchased the best XBox system for our needs and appreciate Best Buy helping us make the best selection in XBoxOne.

Some of the setup and getting used to the user interface can take some time, especially for younger kids. Once up and running the kids had a blast (and the adults too). The ability to stream to windows 10 is an awesome feature. It allows us to free up the tv when the kids are playing.

I've been playing video games since I was 7 years old. That was 26+ years ago. I always thought I'd grow up but never did, and the XBox One is right there to let me continue my hobby happily. Great system that continues getting useful updates from MS. Excellent as a media device too.

My brother asked for either an Xbox One or PS4. Told him he could get the Xbox and we could game together. I've had mine since it launched and I love it. I've owned a PS2, PS3 but my Xbox and 360 always got more love. It's fun to game out on Madden and Battlefront with your brother.

Great game system but incredibly difficult and time consuming to set up and download three games that came with system. Why weren't the games preloaded? took a great deal of online searching to figure how to setup and use other than that, good system

It took some time to finish the initial setup, since Microsoft like to know everything about you. Please make sure you sign up as an adult. I let my son to sign up and he had a hard time. The system works great, and my kids spent most of the winter break playing the game.

Immediately upon setting up the XBOX it began updating. Then when it came time to put in a game the loading and updating took a long time. So really it was 2 hours before it could be used at all. But once it was set to go it's not bad. Game play is good. Just have your initial expectations for set up ready.
