The image quality is superb, sure beats what I remember playing in high school, at my friends house. There are loads of options, beyond racing, that I'm just learning and trying. Great first time experience, expecting many hours of entertainment.

Boy oh boy, what a toy!

This system has it all, the games, the movies, the apps. Everything is in reach on this system. There is no need to leave the house with the Xbox one x. If you have a call of duty, madden or live/2k player, get this system. You'll thank me later!

She was going to order it online or get it at Walmart but knew that I would want it from Best Buy because I trust the quality of their products and fair return policies!!

If your stuck between this and the xbox one s and are going to buy the s because its cheaper don’t do it. Do not do it. Spend the extra money even if you don’t have a 4K tv you’ll get one eventually especially because they are getting cheaper. Just do it..buy it..

Upgraded from the standard Xbox 1 to the X. The X console loads games so much faster. Can't wait to upgrade my TV (last component to be upgraded) to 4K to get the full benefit of this unit.

Huge improvements over the basic system

On certain games you can tell that this system is giving you a competitive advantage over friends on the base model and it’s an affordable 4K movie player. If you have the extra cash definitely pick this system up

It had to of cut disk install times in half not to mention the sweet visual upgrades with the 4K enhanced games. I held off for the longest time because of the price, but I'm glad I made the jump.

Plus, I needed a 4k capable device for my TV, so spending a few extra hundred to get this multi-purpose device instead of a simple 4k player was a no brainer.

Best Buy did everything well on their end! When we got the XBox, after just a few days of having the 500$ item, it wanted to have a system update and stopped working. My boyfriend was very mad considering it was brand new and so expensive, Microsoft barely helped, they wanted us to have that 1 fixed when we wanted a brand new 1. Long story short, best buy helped us and not Microsoft. The new, new XBox is working well and he loves it.
