Purchased at release. The software is glitchy. Games frequently error and fail to load. The menu interface is choppy. The noise the fan makes under load is irratating and not quiet. Will exchange for another to see whether I have a detective unit and add another review.

The console works great, but the remote that came with the console and the one that we bought seperately, do not working. Normal use, no rough play. We've barely had it for month. Paid for insurance, but it's only for the console. High price for low quality...

I have a 4K tv no difference switching from 720 to 4 k won’t let me do hdr just upscales even tho my tv is easily capable so glitchy it’s really an over hyped piece of **** I’m an Xbox fan boy this is lame and apparently some are red ringing again basically

I recommend purchasing the warranty offered through Best Buy because the Xbox 1 X started having connection problems after three months. Luckily I purchased the warranty and we were able to exchange it for a new one no questions asked.

I played this system at a friends house and I was so impressed I have to go and buy one now for sure almost as fast as my PC. I also have to say something about a previous comment that is somewhat true but not accurate so here I go. First off PC TFLOPS cannot be compared to a gaming console TFLOPS they are two very distinct platforms to begin with and will measure differently and not have the same outcome if compared to one another even though the numbers are great for the console itself you can only compare it to other consoles and if you don't know what were talking about it means a trillion floating-point operations per second just to put that out there for those who don't know what it means. Second you can build a really great PC Gaming system for way less than you think just depends on what your wanting to do with it as far as games, video editing, streaming and so on. I built my custom Gaming system for less than $900 with 500gb SSD drive, 2TB hard drive, Intel i7 770k 4.20Ghz processor, 16 gigs of memory, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Video Card and a lot more including an LG Monitor with all the bells and whistles if you shop around and everything is new including my gaming keyboard and mouse. Final note if your going to buy this console make sure you understand one thing don't buy it cause we are using geek lingo no actually buy it cause your looking for a great system that can truly handle fast pace games, movies and deliver excellent graphics on your TV screen a must have.

Wow. Microsoft really dropped a nuclear warhead on the video game console market with the One X. They took everything great about the Xbox One and dialed it up to 11. It is remarkable what they have done here. Increased the performance tenfold, made the console smaller, eliminated the external power brick for an internal system and just a power cord, decreased the running temperature of the system, and noticeably decreased the noise it makes. If you are serious ever so slightly in gaming, I truly believe the One x is worth the price tag. With 4k TV's decreasing in price nowadays, it seems like a fantastic time to upgrade your TV to really harness the power of the new One X. I use my One X for Netflix, YouTube, Gaming, etc. and every single experience has been enhanced without a doubt thanks to this new system. I am so glad I decided to upgrade from my Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

I had high hopes when I purchased this console only to be disappointed. Honestly, one of the things I can't stand is it turns on and off by itself. I can't tell you how annoying is it to turn the console off only for it to turn back on. I really can't stand the motion sensor. The navigation menu is the same as Xbox One. The graphics didn't blow me away. Xbox customer service is awful if something goes wrong. Updates take forever. I even have mine set for offline download and it still has problems with that. These next gens are a waste of money. Invest in PC Gaming instead.

There have been some glitchiness with this system and connectivity isn't great, but that could be the WiFi signal/strength. Overall, a good system, but not much better than a regular S version.

I love playing my xbox one x but my hdd failed one month out of factory warranty. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for having to fork out 250 for Microsoft to fix it.

The X1X doesn't feel faster or visually appear better than the X1 by any leaps and bounds. Definitely not worth the 499 it costs new.
