    I bought my grandson an Xbox for his birthday! I taught they had given me a refurbish one, So I took it back. They were helpful & took care of me by giving me another Xbox & assure me it wasn’t a refurbish. Great customer care. I love Bestbuy!!

    MS sucks. Seriously. This Xbox always seems to be having issues. From lag to login issues. It’s been this way since my friend convinced me to buy an Xbox over a decade ago.

    I am glad Best Buy still sells the Series S, solid console but less expensive than the newer models. The white is nice and looks good in our entertainment center
