Device works find however, every single box that best buy had in stock was damaged. Not just for this one but also the x series ans the 512gb ones. Every..single..box was damaged! Everyone working there acted as if it was normal, they even had customers ordered xboxes out on the floor for sale abd another associate dropped a customers TV in the vestibule, hard, while bringing it out to their car, looked back to see if anyone saw it and then proceded to bring that item to the customerm not sure what kind of curcus bestbuy is running but get it together!
