This was an xmas gift for my kid. Device works find however, every single box that best buy had in stock was damaged. Not just for this one but also the x series ans the 512gb ones. Every..single..box was damaged! Everyone working there acted as if it was normal, they even had customers ordered xboxes out on the floor for sale abd another associate dropped a customers TV in the vestibule, hard, while bringing it out to their car, looked back to see if anyone saw it and then proceded to bring that item to the customerm not sure what kind of curcus bestbuy is running but get it together!

My son loves this! Fortunately, we had made a pact before the purchase that he would occasionally come out of his room to say hello and check in.

Upgraded from the ps4, definitely an upgrade! It’s great

The Series S is a very slim and efficient build. I was originally torn between buying the Xbox X but after looking at the reviews this was a more economical route to take. I highly recommended this if you don't mind the diskless feature.

This was a really good console, wasn’t as bad and i have lots of fun using it, only if it had more space it could be better but for the price it’s great

Fabatastic! Definitely an adjustment not having physical games and just prepare for playing it the next day or several hours later. Overall I have no complaints.

I bought this Xbox as a Christmas gift for my son, and he loves it. If I had known, I would have bought him the Xbox X instead of this one because digital games are the same price as the physical ones.

I've been wanting to upgrade to Xbox Series X/S for a while now. I purchased online and picked up in store. The sales person mentioned that if we opened a BestBuy card we can get $30 towards this purchase or another purchase so did.

Great titles and excellent graphics. My first Xbox ever at almost 50. Have always been a ps guy. While I love my 5 this fits in greatly.

My daughter loves it and uses it to play with her friends online
