Broken Controller

Everything is perfect except the controller it came with was faulty. Basically, the left bumper gets stuck everything I shoot. Tried taking it back to Best Buy to get a replacement but they wanted to replace the entire system too which is very annoying bc of my games and what not. I’m very disappointed I was sold a faulty product and I was forced to purchase a new controller in the mean time.

Perhaps I'm just used to PS5-level responsiveness, so I'm not going to return it...but even just navigating the main UI often seems clunky and slow... and also seems poorly designed. Not very intuitive. I used to love Xbox 360, but my return to it has me quite underwhelmed.
