Amazing price. Easy pickup. Staff was very helpful

The game itself is almost perfect. The HDMI output/ chip stopped working after 3 weeks. Unfortunately Best Buy wouldn’t let me trade it in and I only could send it in to get it fixed or I would receive a refurbished console which is un acceptable since I paid full price for one brand new. Beware purchasing both the series s/x because apparently this is a major issue for both.

I had my series s for 14 months and all of a sudden it stopped powering on. It’s ventilated, no dust build up, and I did an hour worth of troubleshooting from the Xbox website. After some online research it turns out this is a pretty common issue similar to the good ole red rings of death back in the day. I called Microsoft who wouldn’t let me talk to a real person I had to file a report with the BBB and Microsoft finally had a real person (I assume) contact me via email. Well Mr. Larry told me to pound sand, he responded to my email once calling me by a different name and in another email said he would replace my series x for a price… we had discussed my series s in multiple emails. Finally it came down to they offer me an out of warranty repair for $250. A new one is $300! Poor quality build and even worse customer service. I recommend buying a PlayStation.

Console is great and all but I don't recommend buying the xbox all access bundle it is a hassle to get through because you have to sign up to a new bank which requires everything, I wish Microsoft would make it easier for the rest of us that don't have the upfront cash but no their best try requires you to set up a new bank account just to get the xbox and most likely you will lose your chance to get the xbox due high demand and poor planning by Microsoft

What i was looking for so i could enjoy some leisure gaming.

Graphics are lit...my only problem is the limited storage

My boyfriend loved this purchase overall, but after a few days of it, it seemed to be acting up and stopping when playing games. His cousin said he’s heard the same thing from a friend and that it could be because it’s overheating so they had tried putting a fan by it and that is now the only way he’s able to play his xbox with no issues so that’s the only downfall about it.

Way better at handwringing call of duty. But I noticed ya making a noise. Coming probably from the fan. But def nice

Good console when playing games they play good and run good but it seems the console cant run a wireless controller and headset at the same time ever since i bought this in march i have had issues with it disconnecting my controller and my headset. Really only problem although a big one.

Console is good, but controller has really bad stick drift. Gonna have to buy a new one

looks just like Xbox One series s digital but minor upgrades the storage isn't enough cause of the games I play take more space and I would fill this up where there no space so I will pass

Controller came with no battery pack in when purchased

Was very excited to get this console, but unfortunately I never got to play more than 5 minutes of any game. I could see the home screen flickering. I bought the console new for $299, bought Madden 22 for $70 and it froze every time at startup. I tried every thing possible. Several factory resets, uninstalled and reinstalled the game - still froze at start up. I thought maybe it was Madden, so I bought another game. Same issue, less than 60 seconds into gameplay. This is a known issue, and it is all over the interenet. I am hours and hours into setup, install times, troubleshooting, and have finally realized that it is time to give up on Xbox. I will be at Best Buy in the morning when the doors open for a full refund, and will be buying playstation second hand.

The controller randomly disconnects and I was told I needed to trade in the Xbox for a new controller. I understand the inventory dilemma when just doing the controller, but no employees seemed to care at all. Customer service was poor, especially from management.
