Worth the upgrade. A good compromise from the never available, more expensive series X. Video quality, movement, loading speed, game playing speed and everything is much improved from older Xbox. Worth $299.

Haven't had any issues. Wanted to wait nearly months after before leaving a review. It plays my X/S games smoothly. Example, Cyberpunk seems to play smoothly on this, compared to the One X. I recommend this console.

I love the xbox series s. Small and light then other x boxes. Awesome graphics and speed of the x box series s.

Works great. Play it when I can, the family loves it there’s games for everyone. Hogwarts Legacy is one I’d recommend

forget the scalpers , this compact next gen ,,is faster then the xbox one x... plays 4k movies n content ,, easy to get,, i was very shocked at its power, being an xbox fan for years,, i was iffy,, bt this series s is mini beast mode,,,

I hesitated to buy this because there are no titles for the next gen of XBox that you can't play on the XBox One. I picked it up with the Game Pass deal and I am glad I did for the loading times alone. Coming from a Day One XBox One (2013) games load in an instant in comparison to the old XBox One. Solid state drives are amazing. Worth it. I knocked a star off because its 512GB is too small for any next gen console.

I bought this Xbox during the pandemic when you couldn’t find a PlayStation or Xbox anywhere definitely a great buy no more putting up with scratched games if you have kids

Great console, really see a difference. Get a new gen console for a better budget price with everything I wanted. The only thing I find bothering me is how incredibly small the storage on this console feels now that games are over 100gb each.

While this console has no disk drive, you can download and Xbox game from the Xbox store. Load Times are much faster than the Xbox one. Can connect usb external hdd and transfer games to internal storage to play.

My son loves his Xbox. We have 4 now, and prefer the series x over this s, but it was available at the time of purchase

Spectacular video game console, with access to the entire new generation for a small price, the quality it has in that small space where it was built is impressive, the engineering applied in this console is really new generation.

This is a little beast, I have a series X, and got this for my secondary room, it could easily be some ones main console. This guy does all the next generation tricks and perks, for the value with game pass its unbeatable

Honestly I was gonna get a ps5 but couldn't find it at retail. So i settled and I'm surprised on what i was missing out. Maybe if i would've bought a 360 back in the day i would've been an Xbox guy.

Xbox is not bad if you have it hardwired to ethernet cable otherwise using Wi-Fi it is terrible even on 5G Wi-Fi with the ethernet cable connected the speed of the connections 179 mega bites per second

Love this console. So annoyed with not being able to get a “next gen” console without overpaying, I tried the Series S. So far, I love it, buying the Game Pass is a must. My only complaint would be the lack of storage.

Amazing game console! I had to upgrade from my old xbox as it was slow and eventually died on me, and this one is just perfect!

Honestly mostly got it to play some 360 games I miss, but got game pass and has some good games. Graphics are nice too. The only downside is storage and how expensive the upgrade is.
