    This device is perfect. Microsoft is awesome. Xbox is a great product if maybe too good as evidenced by it selling out in a matter of minutes every time it came back in stock. Best Buy's "customer service" and inability for the left hand to know what the right hand is doing, was, in a word, atrocious. So I have to give only 3 stars. 5 for the product and 1 for the pain of having to deal with Best Buy's constant mistakes, misdirected phone calls and misinformation. By the way, Best Buy, look at where Frys Electronics is now. They got there by doing what you're doing. Guess where you're going to be in five years?
